  • Turning and moving a patient on the bed without using moving aids 16 Bed making – unoccupied bed and occupied bed
  • Maintaining personal hygiene – Oral care (normal method) and Maintaining personal hygiene – Oral care (special mouth care)
  • Maintaining personal hygiene – Bed bath and back care / skin care and nail care / Grooming of a client / Catheter care / perineal care / assisting with bed pan and urinals
  • Maintaining personal hygiene- Hair care and head wash for a bed ridden patient
  • Assessment of vital signs (Temperature / pulse / respiration /bl0od pressure) and documentation
  • Administration oral medication and eye drops and tear drops and documentation
  • Naso- gastric feeding and medication administration / providing nutrition to the client
  • Care for diabetic patient – blood sugar monitoring and insulin administration
